Pilchuck Heating is a licensed Washington State HVAC contractor, operating as an LLC out of Arlington and taking work across Snohomish County and much of King County. The name comes from the Pilchuck River and Mount Pilchuck — we are rooted here.
We are certified through the Comfort Pro program, a Daikin partnership, and we carry an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. What that certification buys you is an install done right the first time, backed by a two-year workmanship warranty.

What warranty do you offer on installations?
All installations include a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 1-year annual maintenance agreement. Labor for warranty parts replacement is complimentary (with restrictions).

What is the FIT System?
The FIT System is Pilchuck Heating's most popular heat pump model, offered by Daikin. It provides both heating and cooling by transferring heat rather than burning fuel, making it an energy-efficient alternative to traditional furnaces.
